2025 Circle of Excellence Application & Guidelines

The application process for the 2025 Circle of Excellence (Celebrating in 2026) is now entirely online. 

This form will be open until Monday, February 23rd at 5:00 PM but all applications are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, February 20th, 2025. Applications received after this date will incur a late fee of $100. 

No paper copies or applications sent by email will be accepted (unless otherwise instructed by NCBOR staff due to error or technical issues).

The online form will not allow you to submit the application until all required fields are completed. Please note that once you begin the application, your progress may not be saved. 

After your application has been reviewed and validated, you will receive an invoice for the $75 application fee and any plaque orders or tickets, if applicable.

In order to be eligible for the Circle of Excellence, members must be in good standing and their 2026 membership dues must be paid. In addition, all application fees and plaques must be paid by March 5th, 2026, in order to participate. Dinner tickets may purchased until they are sold out. 

TOP PRODUCER Awards
The TOP PRODUCER Awards will be presented to the top 10 producers based on qualifying transactions. No individual categories (e.g., individual, team, or group) will be offered.
To qualify:

• Ensure all qualifying sales are accurately recorded in the spreadsheet.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Obtain certification from your Managing Broker.

Circle of Excellence Celebration
The Circle of Excellence Celebration will take place on Friday, March 20th, 2026, at the Newnan Centre. More details to follow.

Application Requirements:

1. Applicant Information
Include your name, brokerage, Managing Broker’s name, and other relevant contact information on this form.

2. Reporting Worksheet (Excel)
Use the provided worksheet template to record 2025 sales volume. You may use your own worksheet as long as it has all required information. Handwritten worksheets will not be accepted. 

3. Certification Form
The certification form must be signed by the applicant and certified by their Managing Broker. If the applicant worked for multiple firms during the qualifying year, certifications from each broker are required.

4. Applicant Photo
Submit a high-resolution headshot electronically. This photo will be used in all print and digital publications, including social media.

Membership Categories

• Active Member: Qualified for the current year.
• Life Member: Qualified for 3 consecutive years or any 5 random years.
• Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 10 years.
• Crystal Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 20 years.
• Silver Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 25 years.
• Gold Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 30 years.
• Platinum Phoenix Member: Qualified for any 35 years.
